Cookie policy
Last updated: 27 September 2026.
floutel.com uses cookies and your browser’s local storage. Necessary cookies always work. Analytics and advertising cookies are only activated if you accept them. Until you choose, the website does not load Matomo or any tool from Google or Meta.
How you choose
The first time you visit, a banner appears with three buttons: “Accept”, “Reject” and “Settings”. If you reject, the website works just the same. In “Settings” you can turn analytics and advertising on separately.
You can change your mind at any time with the “Change cookie settings” button that stays fixed on the screen, or with this link: change my cookie preferences. If you withdraw consent for a category, we delete from your browser the cookies in that category that are stored on floutel.com. Cookies that Google stores on its own domains can only be deleted from your browser.
When you choose or change your preferences, we note it in a consent record, which is explained in the privacy policy.
Necessary cookies
These are first-party cookies set by floutel.com and they do not need your consent.
- moove_gdpr_popup (1 year): stores what you chose in the cookie banner.
- floutel_cid (1 year): a random identifier that links your choice to our consent record.
- wp-wpml_current_language (until you close your browser): remembers the language you view the website in.
Analytics
Analytics is only activated if you accept it. It tells us how many people visit the website and how they use it.
- _ga (Google Analytics, up to 2 years): distinguishes between visitors.
- _ga_56QW3KX6W4 (Google Analytics, up to 2 years): keeps the state of the visit.
We also use Matomo, which is installed on a server in our network (m.xarxalia.com). Matomo does not store cookies in your browser, but it still only loads if you accept analytics.
Advertising
Advertising is only activated if you accept it. It measures which ads lead to a sign-up and lets us show you Floutel ads on other websites and apps.
- _fbp (Meta, 90 days): identifies your browser for the Meta pixel, which records the pages you visit and some button clicks.
- lastExternalReferrer and lastExternalReferrerTime (Meta, local storage, until deleted): store the last external website you came from and when.
- _gcl_au (Google Ads, 90 days): links clicks on Google ads to sign-ups.
- _gcl_ls (Google Ads, local storage, until deleted): stores the same Google Ads measurement information.
If you accept advertising, Google may also store cookies on its own domains, such as IDE or test_cookie on doubleclick.net. Google explains what they are for on its page about cookies.
Google and Meta may process this data outside the European Union. We explain this in the privacy policy.
What stores nothing in your browser
